Task Type defined not visible to select from LOV

Hi

I am trying to create a new task with TYPE "Planned". This particular type is available in Task Type page , But the type is not visible in the LOV while i try to add a Task. I have even defined the Rule as "Dispatch" for enabling the task type for Field Service module. What is the reason for task type defined not visible in LOV? Please note , i do not find this issue with other task types.
