R47121 Ends with Memory Leakage and errored out in Server

I am trying to find Service Request Number 3-2281991861 which was raised for R47121. The issue was that R47121 used to fail when processing records more than 1000 lines in an EDOC. Has this issue been resolved in JDE 9.1 version? Please help.
