Adding a blank column to a report

Is it possible to add a blank column to a report that you can default to a value for all rows on the report

example - I need to include a field (ex   data_model) for export that does not exist in the crm on demand
               I woudl like to add a blank column to a report that contanis the words 'data_model' in all of its fields
