Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. iExpense - Mileage policy with multiple Threshold

Hello

As per the implementation guide, I can only have one distance threshold policy assigned per operating unit.

So, if I have a scenario where I have to set up different rates for different employees.

So, how you can I set up 2 different positions within 1 operating unit to have different rates with a >5000 km threshold to change rates?

e.g. ABC Business Unit (Operating Unit)

Union Positions
Mileage	first 5,000	54¢ / km
	> 5000	48¢ / km
All other Positions
Mileage	first 5,000	.505 / km
	> 5000	47¢ / km
