error ehile applying patch 9239089

Dears,

I have this iisue when applying patch 9239089 which is a prerequisite patch for 9239090 in order to upgrade my R12.1.1 to R12.1.3

this is fresh install of R12.1.1 and then i apply the patch 6678700_AR to install Arabic ... installed with no any issues at all, checked and then going to upgrade this fresh install to to R12.1.3.

the OS ->  Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 (Tikanga)

uname -a -> Linux test.gsc.com 2.6.18-308.el5 #1 SMP Fri Jan 27 17:17:51 EST 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux


Relink of module "adadmin" failed

Relinking many modules in product “ad”  has failed

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find /d2/R12/ab/apps/R1211XB9/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/stubs/libc.so.6
