Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

Could any one let me know how to configure volume based projects and its billing if the billing should happen based on slab rates

e.g: If a project type is support project & billing will happen on slab rates for the resources like if 1-1000 will have one rate & vice versa
