Min Release for a Contract Purchase Agreement

Hello,

I am creating Contract Purchase Agreements in R12.

In the Terms section, the minimum release box is greyed out.How can we make it editable ?

I wish to keep a minimum release for this supplier. This supplier is a online retailer.

They charge 7USD as postage for each order.

Currently people are ordering 2 USD Pen and paying 7USD as postage.

To prevent this i wish to keep a minimum release limit.

How can this be achieved without any customisation ?
