Getting errors with product configurator

Hello,

we are getting errors like:

[1] Error invoking service "Context Service" method "GetRowSetData" at step "Get Row Set". (SBL-BPR-00162)

[2] ISS Context Service Error: Variable Map "" could not be loaded.(SBL-APS-00215)"


when using prod configurator on server env (not sample).

Does doc SBL-APS-00215 Error Pops Up When Click On 'Add Item' In Sample Database (Doc ID 886073.1)

apply also to server env?
