Is it possible to default the Contract Purchase Agreement number in a smart form ?

Hello,

We have multiple contracts for a supplier.

We are setting up smart forms.

Can we lock a contract purchase agreement number in a smart form ?

So that all the spend through that smartform is associated with this contract purchase agreement instead of other CPA for this supplier.
