CONSIGNED INVENTORY Balance on a specific date

I am trying to figure out how much inventory we had on consignment on 29-Dec-2013.  I have found a standard Oracle report for rolling back regular inventory but not consigned.  I would like to have Org, subinventory, item, quantity, lot number, PO number, PO price.  If that is too difficult, then I can get by with just org-subinventory-item-quantity.  We are using Process manufacuturing R12 and average costing.
