Using dbca to create a new database with dictionary managed tablespaces

Hi

We are currently attempting to migrate an oracle 8i database to oracle 9i, we are restricted to 9i due to reserved words being used within the database. Our isue is that the exported tablespaces are dictionary managed so when we create a database in 9i and attempt to import them the import fails because it can not create disctionary managed table spaces.

Has anyone encountered and resolved this problem ?
