I'm in Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 with Windows Server. Randomly, when a user tries to connect in order to retrieve data using the Add-In Spreadsheet, the connection window freezes. Immediatly, all users connections freeze.

When I go to EAS, after entering my admin credentials, the screen freezes too. The only way I found to unfreeze everything is by restarting the servers (one with EAS and services, and the other with all componentes and Essbase). In some cases, after restarting the servers, services and applications, some users work normally but suddenly it freezes again when a random user tries to connect.

What could be happening?
