How to upload EMP external travel data in to oracle R12.1.3.

Hello,

We have EMP travel expense data from an external system. How to load in R12.1.3

In AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS or AP interface tables. It’s going to be 20 or less a month.

Will SOA be a big project?
