Error When Importing Dump File Data from Windows Command Line

Hello, I have Oracle Virtualbox (latest version) with the latest OBIEE sample app on it.  The OS is running on OEL 5.9.  The sample app has the database installation on it as well as that is required before OBIEE installation.  I believe that's part of why I'm getting an error when I try the following import on the Windows 7 host machine.  My question is what am I missing in the command below?  Do I need to set environmental variables in Windows for the import to work on the host machine?  Do I need to include the ip address of
