Dafault Value for TIMB U to 4

Hi

 

We are on 9.1, when Labor steps are entered thru application P3003/W3003B it
is picking the default vale of “4” for “Time Basis” (TIMB) field. I looked at
the default value at Data dictionary level it is set as “4”.At the time of
creation of new item master, default value is getting picked up as 4 in 9.1
where as in 8.0 default value was U.

Problem is because default value for TIMB is change from U to 4 it is not
calculating Labor steps correctly please see the second line in attachment (No
value calculated in yellow cells).When I changed the Time basis from 4 to U in
