General Product Support Assessment Test (v3.1),
I believe the answer to one of the questions on the General Product Support Assessment Test (v3.1) is technically incorrect and needs to be updated.
The question was:
As a My Oracle Support User, where can I check my Support Identifiers and Customer User Administrators?
The answer indicated as correct is: Launch My Oracle Support, go to the Settings tab and click on Account & Privileges.
This is technically incorrect because the exit is named “My Account” not Account & Privileges. Therefore, I marked None of the Above as the correct answer, but Oracle says the answer containing Account & Privileges is correct.
