Hi Gurus. How do we add a form in the Page Fotter?

Hi Gurus. How do we add a form Field in the Page Fotter section.

I have a requiement that my report should always end on an even page and i want the mailing address section to be static always at the same place of a page. So i thought that if i put it in the fotter section, the mailing address will always be there. But i see that the Fotter section does not allow me to add the form filed in it. Any idea's please.
