Adding a Primary Contact to an Opportunity

Hello,

We are trying to enforce users to add a Contact to Opportunity records.  There doesn't seem to be a field like Primary Contact in the Opportunity object.  Does anyone know how to enforce users to pick add a Contact to the Opportunity?  The ideal scenario is for users to be able to pick the Contact from the Opportunity creation screen.

Appreciate any advice.
