Dear Oracle experts,

My oracle EBS version is as below:

Database Server

----------------------------------------

RDBMS : 11.1.0.7.0

Oracle Applications : 12.1.3

I created a PLSQL concurrent program to import data from MS sql server into Oracle, then run it from Oracle EBS, but it come out below error message:

ORA-28511: lost RPC connection to heterogeneous remote agent using SID=ORA-28511: lost RPC connection to heterogeneous remote agent using SID=(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=10.207.0.220)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=F03P800DEVP)))

ORA-02055: distributed update operation failed; rollback required

ORA-02063: preceding lines from SQL_PLTPRD_DEVP

ORA-28536: error in processing Heterogeneous Services initialization parameters

ORA-28507: error in data dictionary view sys.hs$_class_init
