EAM Schedule to Forecast Daylight Savings Change-over Dates

We need to manually change and / or check the clocks on several of our assets to ensure it is using the correct date and time during daylight saving change overs. In Australia this occurs on the first Sunday of Oct and April. Is there any way to forecast a work order to occur on these dates?

I know we could use the List dates option, but that requires us to manually enter the dates. Not have EAM predict them. I know we could also use a 182 day cycle time, but this is also inaccurate since the first Sunday of a month will not always be 182 days apart each year.
