Whether Negative Receivable Balance will be treated as available credit limit

Hi Experts,

This is the issue.

In credit check rule, customer just checked Include open receivable balance.

And customer credit limit is 0, but open receivable balance is negative value.

Placed order with amount 831.43, it was hold.

In the debug, we can see:

l_order_value = 831.43
p_trx_credit_limit = 0
x_cc_result_out = FAIL

This is the expected behavior,right?

Customer is asking why the negative receivable balance was not considered.
