Why is material Usage type always shown in Lower Level

Hi Guru,

Has anyway know what is the reason why in the OPM item cost screen, the Material usage component is always shown at lower level instead. Why is not not showing material usage from semi product at lower level and the material usage at FG level at this level. Whereas for resource, it is splitting the cost component accord to its appropriate level.
