UCM Attachment Applet not getting refreshed in Siebel

Hi,

We have integrated Siebel with UCM. And we have a view with a Form Applet first,  a List Applet second and an UCM Attachment Applet third. When we select different records in the List Applet the records in the UCM Attachment Applet is not getting refreshed even on using the Refresh Page Button in the UCM Applet. It only works when the browser is refreshed.

Any Suggestions are welcomed.
