Resource cost to remain with JOB for reverse move transaction

Hi,

I want to have the solution on following case:

My resource Cost @ Opearation 10 is 20 Rs. and Material Cost= 150 Rs.

When I complete the move transaction for operation 10 it will show the Material Cost=150 and Resource Cost=20 in WIP Value Summary.

But when I reverse the move transaction ( from TO MOVE to Que)  both the cost gets reversed. I want only Material Cost to gets reverse and Resource Cost to remain with JOB.

Plz provide the solution.
