Application Failure message related to F4101Record Reservation is received

Hi,

While attempting to delete an Item Record Application Failure message related to F4101Record Reservation is received. Refer attached word doc for details.

I would like to know the solution to fix this issue. We are on E1 8.12 tool release 8.9. Recently we have migrated to Cloud Server functionality nad during our Go Live stage this error is received.
