Gl Date for commit to stock step of receipt route

We have a simple two step route to put an item in transit and commit to stock

We are using the F43092Z1 process to do the movement

The G/L transactions for the commit step are being dated as the date the item was put in transit, not the date commited to stock

Can anyone add some insight on how the GL Date for the commit step is set?

We are passing GL date in the F43092Z1, but it is not being used.
