Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cursor changing from customer field

Hi,

When adding a case in P17500 the system calls P90CD504.

The cursor is positioned on the customer number, after 1 sec the cursor moves to the issue description text.

Have you encountered such a problem?

In the problem field I have specified that the first line of the text to be the problem descrition: it is not doing so.
