Payables Open Interface does not create destributions (APP-SQLAP-97733)

Hi,

I am trying to import AP invoice with tax lines . Payables Open Interface does not create destributions .

When I click on destributions it shows "APP-SQLAP-97733: The system cannot generate tax distribution due to the following error: The system could not created tax distributions because the accounting code combination setup at Tax Accounts setup violates the defined security rules" .

As per Doc ID 1551788.1 the solution is "The tax which is used is not recoverable and NON_REC_ACCOUNT_CCID is null for all rates .Enter a default account at line level, otherwise the tax engine has no account to use as NON_REC_ACCOUNT_CCID is Null for all rates" .
