Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Custom HTML Head Tag is removed when a session is expires

Hi,

Does any hear had experience the custom html head tag is removed when a session expires?

You'll need to log out (clear cache) then log back in for the custom head tag to re appear. Is there any fix for this? is this a known issue?
