What host/port should be defined in tbl_server_info for OCA ?

We have OCA deployed in WebLogic managed server.

In tbl_server_info in the CTRL database, according to the ASAP Dev Ref, host/port should be where the WebLogic server resides/listens to. Should it be the host/port for the admin server or for the managed server?
