EBT calculation in upgraded R12 instance and tax rate upload from ADP Inc.

Hi All,

We have upgraded from 11 to R12 (12.1.3) and the requirement is to use EBT for calculating tax for order to cash and procure to pay with tax rate upload from ADP Inc and not to use the migrated tax setups.

how to upload tax rates from service provide like ADP Inc. and once the taxes are loaded in EBT, what would be the setup setups and dependencies required to be performed to load and process transactions?
