How to Hold The Transaction In Subledger

Hi,

Is there any option to hold the Transaction in Sub ledger, I have run the Create Accounting in Final Mode, there are so many transactions accounting entry generated in Sub Ledger, Now i want to post all this Transaction to GL except only one Transaction, I dont want to post this Transaction to GL.How to Hold this Transaction?
