Adding Another Column in Service Requests Tab : Service request Block

Hi Friends,

I have a doubt, and the answer for which would be helpful for me in order to create the reports more effectively.

In the MOS Portal we have a Tab called "Service requests" under which the First Block is "Service requests" which is helpful to check the details of the SR (Open/Closed) for a particular CSI. It has various Columns like Problem Summary, SR Number etc. I would like to Know that is it possible for me to add a column of My choice like Component, Sub Component as even these details are included while raising and SR.
