Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to enter the zero Secondary Quantity in Misc Transactions

I need to enter the secondary qty as Zero in Misc. Transcations. But at the time system will not allow. Any profile available.
