Date Filter issue in reports post upgrade from UPK 3.5.1 to 3.6.1

We just completed UPK upgrade from 3.5.1 to 3.6.1. Now when taking Reports, in none of the pages we are getting the date picker. So we are not able to select date range. Please find attached screen shot. Any suggestions that helps will be really appreciated.
