Apply patch 13906472 and adrelink failed.

Hi

Apps 12.1.3

This patch 13906472 has a pre req patch.  Per the read me of 13906472:R12.PO.B

Pre-requisite or Co-requisite which is not included with this patch:

14106500:R12.PO.B (some odf changes are missing in this patch) which was

superseded by patch 14315215 and that adpatch of 14315215 also failed.  Error is also with adrelink

Log shows..
