iProcurement to Blanket Release

Hi All,

We have customized the WF by following the doc id:1484058.1.

Now Blanket releases are created automatically for the catalog items which has a source document number.

But this happens after the Requisition is created and its approved.

Is it possible to create Releases from iProcurement without creating requisitions?

Please suggest a solution
