Device/App to scan business cards into CRMOD

Are there any Oracle/Oracle Supported 3rd party apps/devices that can scan a business card and enter it into CRMOD as a Contact?

It does not necessarily have to save the record, even if it can just bring up the new contact form and scan the text to it, the record can be saved manually.
