Ops Center: Worth it? Trust it?

I've recently installed Ops Center to manage our fairly small (~10-20) SPARC environment. I like what I see so far in terms of capturing performance data, applying new boot environments, creating zones etc., but I'd be interested in hearing from people who have been using it for some time.

Basically, does it work well for you or are there some gotchas or side effects to be aware of? Is it worth the time setting up new processes to use it vs "traditional" system administration of your servers.

Do you trust it to do its job? For example, if building zones, does it work consistently well that you are confident it will work 99% of the time? Have you had to pick apart a problem caused by Ops Center failing in some way, and was it straightforward or a nightmare?
