'Discrepancy Customer Sites between Contact Center and Customer Standard form'
Hi All,
Earlier we were having problem of 'Discrepancy Customer Sites between Contact Centre and Customer Standard form' and due to this, new bill-to site IDs are getting created.
Problem was due to
"customer site is Active in Contact center and inactive in customer standard.
Customer site appears in list because it is active in contact center but gets error on charges submission as order management looks at customer standard".
For this, we have applied patch# 2906698 and changed Profile option: Service: Action For Missing Account/Account Site in Charges for selected responsibilities.
Now customer wants to "Clear all the duplicate sites and make the active only those sites which have any Install base records are linked to the accts and keep the one with the IB record.
