out of memory issue

hi,

I have been working on fixing out of memory issue, which though seems straight forward but actully isnt.

below is the error trace

4036               Error connecting to database [

Database driver error...

Function Name : Logon

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

ORA-27102: out of memory

Linux-x86_64 Error: 12: Cannot allocate memory

Additional information: 8

DB is configured with AMM with 13g allocation. I tried to check all the links in oracle metalink but nothing seem to give me a proper solution to the issue.

I have raised a SR but the response is such that like the issue is never going to close.
