How to configure the FDQM to connect to Oracle Apps

Is there any good white paper available that describes how to connect the FDQM to Oracle Apps GL and pull the GL data to FDQM. I have already installed the ERPI adapter but I am have dificulties in defining the machine details. Not sure what to put in the Target and source. As per my understanding the Source should be ERP and target should be FDQM. But not sure what should i fill in the source field name.Is it that we need to put the DB server name, DB name or the apps server name. Also there is only one
