Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What controls the order in which multiple ranked order choices are displayed during order entry?

We have a customer item with two customer item rankings.

Up until last week when entering an order for the item, the item lov was ordered with rank 1 was listed first.

Now the rank 2 is listed first. We haven't applied any patches or made any configuration changes.

Our non prod instance still displays in rank order ascending as desired.
