EEX 9.1 Support for Amex GL1025 and GL1205 Files

Hi there.  We are implementing EX 9.1 for an Indian subsidiary.  I note that support for the Amex GL-format files is included in bundle 25.  Is there a stand-alone fix for this available?  We cannot apply this bundle mid-implementation.
