Unable to see related line no's

Hello All,

I am facing a issue in P4210, I have 4 lines of particular order i.e. Line no 1, 1.001, 1.101, 1.201.

I can see all lines on customer service inquiry, as soon as I am selecting a line and going into detail section by row ---> Order --> SO Detail revision. I cannot see line no 1.001, 1.101, 1.201.

While P42101 is working fine, do anyone have idea why P4210 is not showing those lines.
