Have to apply patch 18120913 twice to get all the patch files

Hi,

We have to apply patch 18120913 twice to get all the patch files.

After applying the required pre-requisites for 18120913, I started applying the patch.

About 90 minutes into the patch after all files had been copied/compiled, the patch was at the 'Generating Reports' part and

(just like in the case of Patch 15843459), this patch also aborted to the command line without an error message and nothing to indicate what was wrong.

This happened to Patch 15842459

Today I have attempted a second apply of Patch 18120913 which was successful.

I notice now that the README for Patch 18120913 has been updated March 19, 2014 and has effectively removed the two pre-requisites (14185210 & 12678526) and the post-apply requisite (I believe this is 12625661).
