Drilldown in Activity HI Calendar Applet is not working in Open UI

I want to associate new web template for "Activity HI Calendar Applet" to fix the drilldown issue from calendar in Open UI. I have done the following changes but the applet is not displayed and its blank

In Tools :

- I have created a new object - Web template and associated the new web template item HICalendarApplet.swt

- i have associated the new web template to the applet as Web Template Item

- Created new webtemplate file "HICalendarApplet.swt" in C:\Siebel\8.1\Client_1\WEBTEMPL\OUIWEBTEMPL\CUSTOM folder

- i have compiled the changes

But when i tried to open the "HI Activity Calendar View", the blank applet is displayed.
