Standby Creation failure

Hello,

I am attempting a standby database creation via  Cloud Control 12c.

I am hitting an error on step_id 1219  . Error:

Task: Create Standby Database: Step: Source Validation

an internal error has occurred. refer to the management server and agent log files for more details

(screenshots attached, too)

First, can you  please help me locate the 'management server and agent log files' so I can start troubleshooting the cause of the failure?
