How to apply IRM on Siebel 8.1.1.11 for enabling Open UI

We have setup Siebel 8.1.1.10 base and have applied patch Siebel 8.1.1.11. Now we want to implement open UI . Hence in this scenario , do we need IRM ? If Yes ,

Could you please advise the steps we need to do to apply IRM on top of Siebel 8.1.1.11 ?
