Error when deploy TaxProvApplication.ear at Weblogic

Hi,

I am trying to install the customized UI about Hyperion Tax Provision. I am following this document: How To Deploy Hyperion Tax Provisioning to Create a Custom UI Screen (Doc ID 1612557.1)

At Step 14, when I click "Activate Change" button at weblogic admin console.

I get this error message "weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [J2EE:160149]Error while processing library references. Unresolved application library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: epm-pdf-libraries, exact-match: false], [Extension-Name: epm-hfm-web-libraries, exact-match: false]."

I searched the whole Hyperion support but cannot find this relevant document about this error "HFMWeb start up throws error: "Unresolved application library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: epm-applistener-libraries, exact-match: false]" (
